The Town of Sheldon, formed March 19, 1808, is located in Wyoming County, NY

(PLEASE DO NOT CALL the TOWN CLERK REGARDING COURT MATTERS - The Town Clerk does NOT work in the court office - please do not stop in during Town Clerk hours for court related matters)

Most Town Clerk business can be conducted via phone, email or mail.  Appointments are also available. Call or text Carol at 716-598-0378.  Dog license forms may be dropped in the mail slot on the Town Hall front door 24/7.

Town Board Meetings:  Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month at the Sheldon Town Hall at 7:00 p.m. except for the August 2023 meeting will be held the fourth Wednesday of the month so as not to conflict with the Wyoming County Fair.  Legal ads are published in the Batavia Daily newspaper.

Planning Board Meetings:  Second Wednesday of the month at 7pm at the Sheldon Town Hall.
